Transit, Handling & Order Cut Off Time
Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Generally, shipments are in transit for 4–9 days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time will be 14:00 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
Delivery Terms
We use USPS/ UPA, DHL, OSM to deliver the product.
Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@vali-fashion.shop.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that your order is registered in our system and is now being processed.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery time, don’t worry! Wait an extra two days and use your tracking code to check its status. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an email when your order is shipped with a Tracking number. We provide our customers with a self hosted Track Your Order page which you can use to track your package.
